The MLC Management Team consists of Martijn Tolsma and Robin Zwijnenberg. In 2016, MLC celebrated its 30th anniversary and Martijn and Robin have been in charge of MLC since 2012. Together they have ensured a new impulse through a clear vision of Customer Excellence. Over the last decade the agency has grown from 9 to 28 consultants. In 2015, the name changed from Molenaar & Lok Consultancy to MLC.
