Anja thinks in processes and is analytical with a strong intuition. She believes in companies that look at the process through the eyes of the customer and improve it. Recording and digitizing the processes where this makes a meaningful contribution. Optimizing the collaboration with partners to make the world a little better every day. She is enthusiastic about contributing to a continuously learning, future-oriented and balanced society.

She likes to work at the intersection of operations, information and technology. Her experience has taught her that she is the interpreter between these domains and knows how to ask the right questions, record the processes and jointly arrive at improvements and solutions.

With her Scrum master and Black Belt certificates, she knows how to use Agile when the situation calls for it or how to use it when this is the working method used.

Anja is eager to learn and is studying Business Administration in addition to her work. In addition to working and learning, she enjoys being outdoors with her family and looks forward to holidays in the Ardennes. She is sporty and likes mountain biking, running and can regularly be found in the swimming pool. In addition, there should be no shortage of fun with family, friends and colleagues.
